解決方案：

將spring 的設定檔 裝配 sessionFactory的地方的class    

org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.LocalSessionFactoryBean

改成

org.springframework.orm.hibernate3.annotation.AnnotationSessionFactoryBean

檢查Spring中sessionFactory中是否引進了hibernate檔案
