Make sure the Cursor is initialized correctly before accessing data from it
詳細錯誤是：java.lang.IllegalStateException: Couldn‘t read row 0, col 2 from CursorWindow.  Make sure the Cursor is initialized correctly before accessing data from it.

出現這個原因是因為我在擷取Cursor中的欄位時，擷取了一個不存在的欄位，例如，我原本要擷取資料庫book表中的bookId欄位，結果擷取的時候寫成了bookiD，

while (cursor.moveToNext()) {  
 int bookId = cursor.getInt(cursor.getColumnIndex("bookiD"));
}

注意：Android是區分大小寫，所以我們在擷取的時候也要嚴格按照資料庫表欄位的大小寫來擷取資料
