android2.2支援泰語

修改這個檔案 android2.2-froyo/build/target/product/languages_full.mk，添加 th_TH增加泰文支援。

make -j4
編譯完成後在external/skia/src/ports/SkFontHost-android.cpp檔案gSystemFonts結構中就會看到

在frameworks/base/data/fonts/也會看到
DroidSansThai.ttf檔案

修改FontAndroid.cpp的selectionRectForComplexText的傳回值FloatRect，
point.y()-metrics.fAscent變成point.y()

運行時把字型檔DroidSansThai.ttf放在system/fonts下
