　　1、合并：ArcToolBox—>DataManagement—>Raster—>Mosaic。

　　2、剪下：在ArcMap中，調用空間分析擴充模組，將你感興趣區的shapefile多邊形圖層設定為掩膜(空間分析工具條的下拉式功能表>option裡面設定)，然後在柵格計算機中重新計算一下你的圖象，它就會沿掩膜裁出。
