我注意到了3點問題：
System.Web.Util
居然在vs7 pdc preview的msdn library裡面沒有找到這個內容 :(
所以沒法瞭解更多詳細內容了。
為了讓程式發送郵件，你必須開啟smtp server,並正確設定之
微軟只使用自己的東西，這一點讓我感覺很不爽。
我使用的是撥號，用mmc編輯smtp server的屬性，綁定smtp服務到我撥號時候獲得的IP上，就能成功發送郵件了。
讓程式正確使用中文
你必須在當前web目錄的config.web中加上下列語句

或者你也可以
修改winnt\complus\v2000.14.1812目錄中的config.web檔案
