有時候我們需要每隔一段時間向某頁面傳值，比如說聊天室，每隔幾秒就像資料庫處理頁面傳值並取回，然後顯示在聊天視窗。又或者是每隔一段時間就查詢使用者最後發言時間到現在是否間隔2分鐘，如果是則將使用者退出。這個時候我們就要用到HTML DOM setInterval() 方法。
setInterval() 方法可按照指定的周期（以毫秒計）來調用函數或計算運算式。
setInterval() 方法會不停地調用函數，直到 clearInterval() 被調用或視窗被關閉。由 setInterval() 返回的 ID 值可用作 clearInterval() 方法的參數。
文法：

必需。要調用的函數或要執行的代碼串。
millisec
必須。周期性執行或調用 code 之間的時間間隔，以毫秒計。

setInterval(function(){ host = window.location.host $.post("http://"+host+"/index.php/Article/cpMes/value/1"); },5000);
擴充：
clearInterval()方法
clearInterval() 方法可取消由 setInterval() 設定的 timeout。
clearInterval() 方法的參數必須是由 setInterval() 返回的 ID 值。
