今天 apache 突然啟動不起來了，查看了一下錯誤記錄檔發現了例如以下錯誤：

於是乎搜尋了一些解決方式，終於還是：修複winsock。在執行裡輸入：netsh winsock reset

用這樣的方法攻克了問題。
