重現方法：

country= new char[MAXBUF];

if((index=strstr(country,"省"))!=NULL)

{

    cout<<"find:"<

    country=index+2;

}

if(country)

{

    delete country;

    country=NULL;

}

  new 出來的地址，不能移動，可以定義一個新的指標指向該位置，然後用新的指標進行處理，不能移動原始的指標，否則出 invalid pointer的錯誤。
