C#操作文本讀寫流— StreamWritter and StreamReader

     .Net 為我們對流進行了封裝，所以在我們用c#進行流操作時，可以直接使用封裝好的進階流StreamReader和StreamWritter來進行文本的讀寫操作，不用再用二進位進行文本的讀寫操作，這樣方便快捷，但是運用二進位進行文本操作是永遠可行的，畢竟文字資料流的本質就是二進位流。
