3. 如果所提交的欄位在form裡面，則這個form應該設定為:method="post"
類似於： <form method="post" name="firstPriInfoForm" ></form>
通過這種方法，即使你所提交有多個中文欄位，那麼你在servlet中只需要
request.getParameter("##");
而無需再一次new String() 的轉換。
