Given two integers n and k, return all possible combinations of k numbers out of 1 ... n.

For example,
If n = 4 and k = 2, a solution is:

[  [2,4],  [3,4],  [2,3],  [1,2],  [1,3],  [1,4],]

基本思路：

1， 採用遞迴

2， 每層遞迴中，採用迴圈， 迴圈開始值，逐層遞增。 如第一層，從1開始，第2層從第2開始。

3.    當產生一個組合時。 並以這個組合作樣本，複製一份，在此基礎上，產生下一個組合。
