contentType 'text/xml; charset=UTF-8' conflicts問題

Resin升級到3.1.3後，有同事發現原來在Resin 3.0.xx下成功啟動並執行部分jsp檔案(輸出xml格式檔案)編譯出錯：

經反覆測試，發現是檔案格式問題。

用UltraEdit編輯JSP，另存新檔UTF-8 無 BOM格式 發現不報錯，但是有亂碼，存為ANSI/ASCII就沒有亂碼且不報錯了。
