CString 不能用cout 輸出

一般是下面這兩個原因：

由於CString並沒有重載ofstream操作符，而是有一個operator LPCTSTR ( ) const轉換函式，因此在輸出時，是先將CString轉換為LPCTSTR，再寫到輸出資料流中輸出。

看msdn關於該函數的說明：

// Note that some situations are ambiguous. This line will put the address of the strSports object to stdout:

cout << strSports;

// while this line will put the content of the string out:

cout << (LPCTSTR) strSports;

因此，若程式是MBCS，應明確進行類型轉換。

而如果採用unicode字元集，由於std::cout不支援寬字元，則需要使用std::wcout輸出寬字元。
