描述：FileSetAttr函數設定指定檔案FileName的屬性。 

Attributes整數必須設為下列獨立位的0個，多個或所有設定的聯合。 

faReadOnly：1：唯讀檔案 

faHidden：2：隱藏檔案 

faSysFile：4：系統檔案 

faVolumeID：8：卷標檔案 

faDirectory：16：目錄檔案 

faArchive：32：封存檔案 

faSymLink：64：符號串連 

如果設定功，則傳回值為0，否則它包含一個錯誤碼。 

備忘：這個函數是依賴於作業系統的，比如在Linux下，Archive意味著什麼也沒有。
