注意事項：
  if System.MonitorTryEnter(Self) then  //如果為 True
  begin
    Color := clRed;
    System.MonitorExit(Self);    //也必須退出（釋放），否則 System.MonitorPulse(Self); 失效。
  end;

System.MonitorTryEnter 與 System.MonitorEnter 的區別在於是否會 block 當前調用 System.MonitorEnter 或 System.MonitorTryEnter 的線程。

System.MonitorEnter 會 block 調用線程
System.MonitorTryEnter 不會 block 調用線程。
