  如果開發人員與你溝通後，認為自己能承接項目，那麼他回點“承接按鈕”，這樣您通過客戶中心，能夠查看到承接人列表，並選擇是否開放保密區給開發人員。

  I am doing it now. I already have two ASP.NET projects going on in last two years. Both are US company.
  I think it is very easy to find talents in China, but it is hard to find clients and sell our service in US. That is what I am trying hard to do it now.
  As new projects coming in, I will hire new developers. If some of them are good, I will keep them for next project. If not good, I will let them go. This is how I am building up the team now.
  I have several core memembers working together now.

  Actually, I just realized there was a project section in CSDN yesterday. So I still have not yet had any experience with 開發人員案例系統. But I would think it is a good idea....
  However, I think CSDN need to think of how to form a good team for large project.
  The current model is very good for small project. But if the projects need 5-7 peopel work together, unless the people who accept the project is a group or a company, it is hard to pick right people.
  I am curious in that what percentage of the developers who accept the projects are a group or a company? and what percentage are individuals?

  這確實是個實在的問題，目前，我們推出的“項目顧問制度”就是希望能夠通過有經驗的開發人員，來組織TEAM來承接大項目。
  當然頻道內已經有團隊和公司參與競爭了。所以組織隊伍是各個團隊的事情。
  目前CSDN還沒有具體的方案來做到臨時組隊承接項目。
