EBS, 如何解決錯誤'An error occurred while attempting to establish'

在自己維護的EBS系統中，突然發現不能查看請求（concurrent request）的日誌和輸出（log and output)，會報錯誤 ‘An error occurred while attempting to establish an Applications File Server connection with the node FNDFS_APPLTOP_ xxxx’’,解決方案如下

1.       備份檔案 $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.2/network/admin/ tnsnames.ora

2.       在上面的檔案中加入下面的Alias

FNDFS_APPLTOP_xxxx = (DESCRIPTION=

                   (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=xxxx)(PORT=1627))

                            (CONNECT_DATA=(SID=FNDFS))

                   )

3.       不需要重啟，就可以開啟日誌或者輸出.

 

不過還不清楚是什麼原因導致的這個問題。
