使用Outlook Web App Policy郵箱策略來建立自訂層級的策略來管理訪問OWA中的功能

Use Microsoft Outlook Web App mailbox policies to create organization-level policies to manage access to features in Outlook Web App.

簡單來說就是當我們關閉OWA虛擬目錄中的某個功能，那麼影響公司所有信箱使用者都不能使用這個OWA功能，而有時候我們只希望某人或者某一個部門不能使用OWA中功能，那麼我們就可以使用Outlook Web App Policy。

 

如，我們找到虛擬目錄中的owa，然後雙擊

雙擊後我們定位到功能，這裡我們就可以關閉或者啟用OWA的功能，但是這裡關閉會影響企業內所有使用者

如，預設安裝完Exchange 2013 SP1 自動建立了一條預設策略，這條預設策略開啟了所有OWA的功能，但是並沒有應用到任何郵箱

下面我們直接編輯下預設策略，把其中的日曆和任務功能給取消，然後儲存

我們在收件者中選擇使用者a001，選擇“查看詳情”

如，預設沒有使用任何owa策略，我們選擇“瀏覽”

然後選擇預設策略，選擇“儲存”
