請問：數組元素中的單引號

請教：數組元素中的單引號
如下代碼：

$str2 = "tony";
$sql = "select * from table where 1 =1";
$Carray = array(" and cad like '%".$str."%'"," and name like '%".$str2."%'");

這段代碼是為了簡便自己先寫的，我想問的是為什麼輸不出$sql,也就是說輸不出數組中的元素，當加上echo($Carray[0]);這一句的時候，是輸不出東西的，是不是數組中的單引號出問題了？
