 1.做檔案上傳表單 設定屬性 enctype
  
 2.檔案資訊  $_FILES 取檔案資訊

 4.造儲存路徑（處理檔案名稱） 改檔案名稱　建檔案夾
 
 5.判斷檔案是否存在
 
 6.上傳儲存 move_uploaded_file();
 
 7.轉編碼格式 iconv(原編碼，目標編碼，字串);
 

檔案操作
 檔案類型： filetype() is_file() is_dir()

關於目錄：
 
 路徑：./當前路徑 ../上級路徑 /目錄路徑
 
 遍曆目錄： 1.glob();  2.使用目錄資源
 
 建立目錄： mkdir();
 
 刪除目錄： rmdir();
 
 移動目錄： rename();
 
關於檔案：

 建立檔案： touch();
 
 刪除檔案： unlink();
 
 複製檔案： copy();
 
 擷取檔案內容： file_get_contents();
 
 寫入內容： file_put_contents();
 
 使用檔案資源：
  開啟檔案資源：fopen();
  關閉檔案資源：fcolse();
  
 讀取檔案內容： fgetc() fgets() fread() fwrite()
