InternetSo, I always take a look at these maps and also information on the workings of the internetAnd I have questions:

Are there maps available for land connections?
What is the nature of land connections?
In areas like the Mediterannean bottleneck, what could events like the Arab revolution have on regions like South Asia and East Asia? Could a hypothetical extremist takeover in Egypt create an internet problem in Asia?   別人的回複：1. You want to search for Internet Backbone map, it'll provide more lines than just the ones that go underwater. Its not every single wire ever laid, nor does there seem to be one that includes every tier 1 & 2 ISP networks. A few maps.

 2. Redundancy is a virtue, I doubt the Middle East shutting down will cause the rest of the internet to fail.
