module compilation fails then this could be the reason.

Building the OpenGL support module ...done.
Doing non-kernel setup of the Guest Additions ...done.
You should restart your guest to make sure the new modules are actually used
在Building VirtualBox Guest Additions kernel modules的時候，缺少kernal的標頭檔，
使用下面的命令安裝：

sudo apt-get install dkms build-essential linux-headers-$(uname -r)
其實build-essential linux-headers已經是最新的了，只是缺少dkms(Dynamic Kernel Module Support),當有新的kernal安裝的時候，它能讓kernal的裝置驅動自動的重新構建。
