好程式 Good programmers

在園子裡面看到一個文章（http://news.cnblogs.com/n/92449/） 是關於討論西方程式員對東方程式員看法的文章。順著連結進去看了看，感覺西方的人做事都很負責 一個問題的討論都能討論得那麼深刻。（原文連結http://programmers.stackexchange.com/questions/50831/how-do-programmers-in-the-west-see-programmers-in-the-east）

在17樓裡面關於一個好程式員與差程式員的評論，覺得很有價值，核心的東西儲存過來留著，沒事的時候瞧瞧！

Good programmers are curious  （有好奇心，求知慾）
Good programmers read online blogs and articles and try to learn more about their field （讀別人的部落格，寫部落格，想在自己的領域學到更多的東西）
Good programmers answer questions on Stack Overflow （在Stack Overflow上回答問題，這一條對於我們不實用 我們部落格園 CSDN就夠了）
Good programmers with 1-2 years experience or more understand that their Computer Science education wasn't a waste of time (擁有1 - 2年工作經驗好的程式員或許更明白,他們的電腦科學教育不是浪費時間)
Good programmers can think outside the box （會跳出固有的思維模式）
Good programmers are also good leaders （是一個好的領導者）
Good programmers are proactive and don't need to be told what to do （積極向上的，不需要別人告訴該做什麼）
Most importantly, good programmers are also good communicators. The best programmers are the ones who can persuade others. They're the ones who can patiently debate a problem with another peer until a solution is found.(程式員的交流更重要)

The biggest challenge is communication.

Whatever the challenge, don't ever stereotype yourself or others. You have just as much potential as anyone else and vice versa. Just remember that you can do anything that you really put your mind to!（無論怎樣，都要記住不要一成不變，你擁有和其他人一樣的天賦，反之亦然。記住只要你真的用心去做了，沒有什麼事是不能完成的）
