根據農曆生日產生可用於Google日曆匯入的csv檔案, 然後匯入Google日曆就可以每年收到所有家人的生日提醒通知了

1. 開啟http://play.golang.org/p/pjHLGH_HjP  http://play.golang.org/p/6pt7A7wi1g
2. 修改const example的內容
3. 點擊Run
4. 複製粘貼結果到Excel或文字編輯器
