Google Cloud Messaging for Android 是Google新推出的雲Message Service, 簡稱GCM，該服務科協助你將資料從服務端發送至應用。

C2DM協助頁上的訊息已經宣布，截至昨日，6月26日C2DM已被正式的GCM批准不再使用。C2DM不再接受新的使用者，雖然Google將短期維持c2dm的使用。但C2DM開發商將不得不在未來使用的GCM，移除他們現有的應用程式C2DM，用GCM代替。
