<meta>標籤位於<head>標籤裡面,具體作用有如下:
1.設定網頁編碼
eg:
<meta charset="utf-8"/> ,//utf-8是包含了全世界字元的一個編碼集合，例如一個中文網站在國外搭建後依舊不會亂碼，會使用英文顯示出來
2.增強Seo ,百度抓取強度

3.描述網站的意義
<meta name="description" content="網站的作用，簡短意賅的描述，最好10字以內即可"/>
4.網頁中定向。例如訪問就網址www.haier.com可是如今換成了，www.baobei.com這個新網域名稱了，而根據網域名稱推廣時間較長舊使用者大多都記得是www.haier.com這個網域名稱，那此時就應該用到網頁重新導向

注釋:2代表幾秒後進行跳轉，url是指新地址的路徑
