將BMP轉換成ICON表徵圖

HICON轉HBITMAP
利用GetIconInfo函數擷取ICONINFO資訊, 再將其複製到位元影像當中去, 代碼如下:

還有一種方法就是先建立一個相容位元影像, 然後通過API函數::DrawIcon()複製上去, CopyImage函數可以用來替換建立相容DC以後的那些驟了
