php如何定義一個可以接受null的函數

我定義一個接受String參數的函數，但是調用的時候傳一個null進去，php會報一個fatal error，但實際情況確實會出現null參數的情況，我要定義一個即制定了參數類型，又可以接受null的函數該怎麼做？

執行如下
>php t.phpCatchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to foo() must be an instance of String, null given, called in /Users/jiajun/t.php on line 7 and defined in /Users/jiajun/t.php on line 3

這樣寫，當你不提供參數的時候，參數預設是null
                                        
                                    
把String修飾去掉就行了。
如果你一定需要判斷參數類型，可以用 is_string($arg) 來判斷。
