Pulsonix與protel dxp共用設計和庫的方法

 

 

       Pulsonix與protel及DXP之間的設計檔案和庫檔案可以實現相互的共用, 需要將protel的檔案轉換成ascII檔案.

1.       將protel的原理圖檔案匯入Pulsonix

a.       選擇4 Port Serial Interface項目(protel內建的設計工程執行個體),
開啟4 Port Serial Interface .prj的protel原理圖檔案,

b.       點擊菜單File->Save as,
另存新檔*.asc檔案.得到預設檔案Backup of Copy of 4 Port Serial Interface.prj

c. 開啟Pulsonix,
選擇File->Open,
彈出對話方塊, 選擇檔案類型,
開啟Backup of Copy of 4 Port Serial Interface.prj專案檔,

       d. 將Technology, Profile File設定為None,
並可以修改Design中的項目名.

       e. protel sch檔案的匯入步驟類似.

 

2. 匯入protel 原理圖庫檔案

a. 開啟Actel User Programmable.ddb中的Actel User Programmable.lib檔案,

b. 將其另存新檔asc檔案匯出,

 

c.       在Pulsonix中, 點擊菜單setup-> Libraries, 彈出Library Manager對話方塊, 選擇Schematic Symbols標籤欄中, 在current下拉式清單中, 選中User.ssl(庫檔案包), 點擊Import按鈕.

d. 將Technology設定為None

e. Contents文字框中是庫包中所有的元件列表, Preview框中是當前被選中元件的預覽. Technology File下拉框中表示, 當前元件庫的風格是以白色為背景.
在匯入的過程中, 會出現焊盤出錯的警告,
後面會提到如何匯入焊盤.
必須匯入焊盤之後, 在將sch庫檔案重現匯入一次即可.

 

3. 匯入protel PCB檔案

a.       開啟pcb檔案, 另存成ascII匯出檔案.

 

b. 在Pulsonix中, File->Open, 選擇相應的pcb ascII檔案格式, 將Technology設定為None

 

4. 匯入protel PCB焊盤

a. 開啟PGA.lib, 另存新檔*.lib檔案

b.       在pulsonix中, 點擊菜單Setup->Libraries, 彈出Library Manager對話方塊, 選中PCB Footprints標籤欄, Current下拉式清單中, 選擇User.pfl, 點擊Import

 

選擇從protel中匯出的lib檔案, 點擊Open, 再將Technology設定為None.

 

 4. 匯入protel PCB元件

永遠是先匯入焊盤(封裝), 後匯入原理圖元件. 否則在匯入元件時會出錯.

 

 

a. 其實就是將剛才匯入的lib檔案在不同標籤欄中再匯入一遍.

Setup->Libraries, 彈出Library Manager對話方塊, 選中Parts標籤欄, Current下拉式清單中, 選擇User.pal, 點擊Import
