關於訂單類型有關PO的幾個欄位設定說明

檢查採購訂單號

該欄位用於設定是否需要檢查採購訂單號重複。為空白值時，系統不進行檢查，設定為“A"，系統將自動檢查輸入的採購訂單號是否重複，並給出提示。

一旦設定了“A",系統就會檢查訂單號是否重複。如果重複系統將給出下屏的提示：

輸入PO編號

如果選中，系統會在沒有輸入時，系統自動將訂單號複製到該欄位。This check box is used to copy the Sales Order Number into the PO Number field. This could be used when there is no Actual PO # from the customer but a number needs to be entered in the PO Number field. To test this, just create
a sales order and without entering a PO Number save the sales order. Reopen the sales order and you will find the PO Number field will be filled with the Sales Order Number automatically.

建議PO日期

如果沒有選擇採購訂單日期為空白，一旦該欄位設定系統就會建議當前日期作為採購日期，如下屏
