asp.net core部署到iis中出現 HTTP Error 502.5 - Process Failure的問題

環境是windows Server2012 

問題的原因是缺少檔案：api-ms-win-crt-runtimel1-1-0.dll，

dotnet 啟動程式失敗。

解決方案1：

安裝系統補丁：

2012 R2對應》Windows8.1-KB2999226-x64.msu
