HttpClient Get請求簡單調用

請求網路資源是耗時操作，為了避免anr錯誤，可以啟用子線程發送請求並且用handler與主線程通訊。

執行HTTP Get時，URL的長度不能超過2048字元，超過此長度應該考慮使用Post提交請求
