剛剛在公司的一台PC機器上用vmware workstation8搭建了一套10gr2的rac環境，用的是裸裝置+ASM搭建，在安裝成功後，不小心被直接重啟了下主機，結果再次啟動虛擬機器的時候提示到有磁碟損壞，也沒有在意。但是在啟動RAC的時候出現了問題，一開始的現象是如下幾個個資源沒辦法隨著其他資源一起啟動：
ora.node1.LISTENER_NODE1.lsnr
ora.node2.LISTENER_NODE2.lsnr
ora.RAC.RAC1.inst
ora.RAC.RAC2.inst
ora.RAC.db
看具體的啟動過程：

嘗試先把lsnr起來：

接著啟動兩個inst，接著出現問題了，inst無法拉起來：
[oracle@node1 bin]$ crs_start ora.RAC.RAC1.inst
