Implement strStr()

Returns the index of the first occurrence of needle in haystack, or -1 if needle is not part of haystack.

實現判斷子串的函數，最經典的是KMP演算法，但是這個演算法實現起來比較複雜，但是確即時間複雜度方面最優的。下面實現了一個簡單的演算法，也就是需要判斷（n-m）*m次， m和n分別為兩個字串的大小， n>m。c++代碼如下：
