1.下載源碼包(我是在圖形化介面用Firefox瀏覽器下載的)
wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tcl/tcl8.5.7-src.tar.gz
wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/tcl/tk8.5.7-src.tar.gz

2.解壓縮源碼包（我的解壓縮和安裝都是在/tmp目錄下進行的）
tar xfvz tcl8.4.11-src.tar.gz
tar xfvz tk8.4.11-src.tar.gz

3.安裝配置
cd tcl8.4.11
cd unix
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared
make
make install

cd tk8.4.11
cd unix
./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared
make
make install
