    目前國際上最重要的，具有權威性的心電資料庫有四個：美國麻省理工學院與Beth Israel醫院聯合建立的MIT-BIH心電資料庫；美國心臟學會的AHA心律失常心電資料庫；歐盟的CSE心電資料庫和歐盟ST-T心電資料庫。除此之外國際上被廣泛認可的還有Sudden Cardiac DeathHolter Database，PTB Diagnostic ECG Database，PAF Prediction ChallengeDatabase等心電資料庫。

一、資料庫介紹    美國的MIT-BIH心電資料庫

    美國的MIT-BIH心電資料庫是目前在國際上應用最多的資料庫，由很多子資料庫組成，每個子資料庫包含某類特定類型的心電記錄，其中應用的最多的是MIT-BIT心律不齊資料庫和MIT-BIT QT資料庫。自1999年，在美國國家研究資源中心和國家健康研究院的支援下，他們將該資料庫公開到了Internet上，整個MIT-BIT資料庫的所有資料都可以免費下載和使用，國內外許多心電方面的研究都是基於該資料庫的，使用該資料庫作為實驗資料的來源和各類識別演算法的檢測標準。

    其包括：MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database、MIT-BIH Noise Stress Test Database、MIT-BIH Atrial Fibrillation Database、MIT-BIH ECG Compression Test Database、MIT-BIH Long-Term Database、MIT-BIH Malignant Ventricular Arrhythmia Database、MIT-BIH Normal Sinus Rhythm Database、MIT-BIH ST Change Database、MIT-BIH Supraventricular Arrhythmia Database

AHA心律失常心電資料庫

    由美國國家心肺及血液研究院資助的美國心臟協會(American HeartAssociation,AHA)開發了AHA心律失常心電資料庫，該資料庫的開發目的是評價室性心律不齊探測器的檢測效果。

 

    診斷：

No ventricular ectopy (records 1001 through 1010)

Isolated unifocal PVCs (records 2001 through 2010)

Isolated multifocal PVCs (records 3001 through 3010)

Ventricular bi- and trigeminy (records 4001 through 4010)

歐盟CSE資料庫

    歐盟的CSE(Common Standards for Electrocardiography，心電圖通用標準)心電資料庫包含1000例短時間的心電記錄，採用12或15導聯，主要開發目的是用於評價心電圖自動分析儀的效能。

歐盟ST-T資料庫

    歐盟的ST-T資料庫是由歐洲心臟病學會(European Society ofCardiology)開發的，用於評價ST段和T波檢測演算法效能的資料庫。

    診斷： Myocardial ischemia was diagnosed or suspected for each subject. Additional selection criteria were established in order to obtain a representative selection of ECG abnormalities in the database, including baseline ST segment displacement resulting from conditions such as hypertension, ventricular dyskinesia, and effects of medication.

心臟性猝死動態心電資料庫

    據估計,在世界範圍內，每年有400000人,還有上百萬的兒童猝死，所以PhysioNet舉行了心臟性猝死的資料庫建設，支援和刺激這一重要領域的電生理研究。

    診斷：  

    18 patients with underlying sinus rhythm (4 with intermittent pacing), 1 who was continuously paced, and 4 with atrial fibrillation. All patients had a sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmia, and most had an actual cardiac arrest.

PTB 心電診斷資料庫：

    德國國家計量署提供的數字化心電資料庫，其目的在於演算法標準的研究與教學。資料來自柏林的本傑明富蘭克林醫學大學的心臟內科。

PAF 預測挑戰資料庫

    The PAF Prediction Challenge Database來自2001年針對自動預測陣發性心房纖顫/顫振（predicting paroxysmal atrial fibrillation , PAF）的開放性競賽。競賽的意義是刺激並促進美國在這個重大臨床問題上的探索和培養友好競爭和廣泛合作的環境。

 

診斷： paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

採樣率：128Hz

解析度：16 bit

導聯：2

每段資料期間：5 min / 30 min

二、資料的下載與識讀

    關於下載

    除AHA心律失常心電資料庫和歐盟CSE資料庫需要購買外，其他所有上述資料庫皆可以從PhysioNet網站（http://physionet.org/physiobank/database/）上自由下載。AHA心律失常心電資料庫在PhysioNet網站和其官方網站（https://www.ecri.org/Products/Pages/AHA_ ECG_DVD.aspx）上分別可以下載2組範例。

 

    關於識讀

    以上資料庫資料共分兩種儲存格式，即WFDB signal files Format 212和WFDB signal files Format 16，具體編碼方式可參加PhysioNet網站上的相關介紹（http://physionet.org/physiotools/wag/signal-5.htm）。

    PhysioNet提供了一個簡單方便的網頁版轉換工具PhysioBank ATM（http://physionet.org/cgi-bin/atm/ATM），可以直接從各個資料庫提取資料，並自動按要求轉化為MATLAB需要的.mat格式或其他所需格式。
