iOS set方法

為了能讓類的成員變數正確的被外接訪問，我們需要設定set和get方法。

1. @property (nonatomic,retain)NSString *test1;  
2. @property (nonatomic,copy)NSString *test2;  

成員變數的屬性不同（retain，copy）相對於的set方法也不同：
