iOS "The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock"解決方案

更新Cocoapod之後出現問題：

diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directorydiff: Manifest.lock: No such file or directory error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.`

解決方案：

關閉現在的工作空間，刪掉以前的xcworkspace，然後重新pod install，install完後，重新開啟項目，clean＋build項目，運行

rm -rf MyProject.xcworkspacepod install
