解決方案：

在web.xml增加如下配置：
<filter> 
<filter-name>encodingFilter</filter-name> 
<filter-class>org.springframework.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter</filter-class>

<param-name>encoding</param-name> 
<param-value>UTF8</param-value> 
</init-param> 
<init-param> 
<param-name>forceEncoding</param-name> 
<param-value>true</param-value> 
</init-param> 
</filter>

 

然後再改一下資料庫連接
jdbc:mysql://localhost/mydb?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8

然後在MYSQL軟體中更改對應欄位為UTF-8編碼；

 

錯誤修正結果：

在配置一個訪問資料庫的Url時，第一次設定的內容如下：

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/photo?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8，注意中間那個“&”，在xml中這個是讀不出的，正確寫法將“&”轉義“&amp;”：

jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/photo?useUnicode=true&amp;characterEncoding=UTF-8
