短路現象：一旦能夠明確無誤的確定整個運算式的值，就不在計算運算式餘下的部分。

&&有短路現象，一旦有一個運算式可以確定整個運算式的值，就不用計算餘下的部分。

||沒有短路現象，任何情況都要計算運算式的所有部分。
