 基於google zxing 的Java二維碼產生與解碼  一、添加Maven依賴（解碼時需要上傳二維碼圖片，所以需要依賴檔案上傳包）

二、建立產生二維碼介面（介面參數為二維碼內容，通常是URL）

三、建立二維碼解碼介面（直接返回解碼後的二維碼內容）
