題目描述：
Implement strStr().


Returns the index of the first occurrence of needle in haystack, or -1 if needle is not part of haystack.


其實就是要實現一個尋找子字串起始位置的函數。




思路：
本文採用的是傳統解法，兩層遍曆，對於字串haystack的逐個字元往後移動，判斷haystack[i...needle.Length]是否等於needle即可。
