Write a function to find the longest common prefix string amongst an array of strings.

 

題解：以strs[0]為模板，每次挨個查看是否所有的串裡面是否第i位上都和strs[0]一樣，如果都一樣，把i位置上的字元放到answer裡面，i++，繼續迴圈，否則返回當前的answer。
