Lighttpd 外掛程式mod_h264 streaming (mp4)安裝

1， 對於安裝lighttpd需要支援mp4偽流媒體格式，建議不要到官方下載lighttpd安裝檔案，到 外掛程式H264 Streaming Module官網，下載已經整合了的安裝包

,2,對於已經安裝好的lighttpd需要打補丁到現有的環境，安裝過程參考 http://www.gnutoolbox.com/lighttpd-modh264-streaming-mp4/

注意:

仔細安裝需要安裝 automake 1.9 , autoconf 2.59 and libtool 1.5.x，參考http://man.chinaunix.net/linux/lfs/htmlbook/chapter06/autoconf.html
