一 建立檔案

函數名:creat

函數原形:

int creat(const char *pathname, mode_t mode)

函數功能:建立檔案或者裝置，並以唯寫的方式開啟

返回值:

成功:返迴文件描述符數值

失敗:返回-1

參數說明

pathname:建立檔案的路徑和名稱

mode:建立檔案的許可權
