Fresh Herbal Milk Bath

Place 4 cups whole milk and 1 small jar of honey in a small saucepan. Heat it just until the honey dissolves.

Add the fresh or dried lavender and rosemary.

Put about 1/2 cup of your herbal milk bath in a warm bath, and swirl it in the water to mix.

Soak in the warm herbal milk bath for as long as you like.
