.net架構下的MD5 演算法實現

.NET架構下MD5實現已經整合於System.Web.Security名稱空間，只需簡單調用即擷取結果:
string 結果字串=System.Web.Security.FormsAuthentication.HashPasswordForStoringInConfigFile(輸入字串,"MD5");

以下封裝函數根據code參數的不同（可取16或32），分別返回參數STR的16位和32位MD5加密字串。
（16位字串用於類比動網論壇等國內常見論壇的MD5實現）
