一個自訂位元的多使用者計數器

此計數器能夠自訂任意位元，而且在免費提供的時候能夠顯示一個簡單的廣告。
啟動並執行時候需要在計數器目錄下建立一個nobody帳戶有權改寫的目錄datas.
