nginx - 在windows伺服器開啟php的gd庫出錯

在windows伺服器開啟php的gd庫時，使用cgi之後phpinfo()得到的結果中 Configure Command 中並沒有出現gd

下方顯示的extension中卻又確認有gd庫並標記為enabled狀態

系統內容為： windows server + nginx + php-cgi

測試的時候png圖片未有成功實現
