 List<T>對實值型別操作不需要進行裝箱；ArrayList需要。

            ArrayList al = new ArrayList();
            for (int i = 0; i < 1000; i++)
            ...{

            Console.WriteLine(sw.Elapsed);
            Console.ReadLine();
        }
    }

    struct SomeValueTye
    ...{

執行結果：

這就不是一個數量級的差別了。
